Views of Completed Wall Installation for Storey Kenworthy | 75th Anniversary
Fall 2011 Consisting of a triptych of three large mixed media assemblages (each measuring 66" wide by 48" high, with varying depths).
The triptych format was chosen to represent, in part, the three generations of Storey Kenworthy, a family owned business since 1936. The panels were designed in a "serial" sequence to represent the connectedness not only of the passage of time, from past to present, but also the continuity and integrity that the company has maintained, progressing toward the present day, while also maintaining the small family business sensibility.

The panels are made up of iconic images as well as actual objects that are related to both the business itself (supplies, printing and the design of office settings)—such as typewriters, ledger pages, clocks—and to the the human ingredient of excellent interpersonal communication between the company, its customers, and the community, as represented by communication artifacts, such as typewriter parts, telephone bells and computers keys.
